What I offer

  • To see if we’re a good fit before starting sessions, I offer a free 15-minute consult call. During this time, you can ask questions and share what you’re looking for. I’ll also ask a bit about you to determine next best steps.

  • During our first session, we’ll focus on establishing our therapeutic relationship, ensuring a strong foundation of safety and support. We’ll begin to explore what’s brought you to therapy and identify your hopes and goals for our work together.

  • I offer clients 60 minute virtual sessions. Different session lengths can be considered upon request. Frequency can vary depending on a combination of client preference, determination of need, and current availability.

  • As needed, I can connect with clients through secure-messaging to offer brief support.

  • To ensure continuity of care, I can collaborate with other providers who may be a part of a client’s support team (i.e. psychiatric provider, dietitian, etc.)

Let's Connect

Could we be a good fit?

I may be a good fit for you if…

  • You’re experiencing anxiety that might manifest as people-pleasing, perfectionism, controlling, over-thinking, over-functioning, or avoiding. You’re wanting to explore the roots of the anxiety, reduce the impact of symptoms, and access greater peace.

  • You are struggling with an eating disorder/disordered eating. You’re needing support in pursuit of recovery and wellbeing.

  • Past experiences continue to impact your present (i.e. dysfunctional family dynamics, religious indoctrination, grief/loss, abusive relationships, generational trauma, etc.). You’re seeking freedom and healing within the context of a safe space.

More about virtual therapy

While virtual therapy can be just as effective as in-person therapy, and some individuals prefer it, it’s not the best fit for everyone. I encourage you to consider what is best for you and your current life circumstances.

  • To protect your confidentiality, it’s important that you have access to a private space.

  • You’ll need stable internet connection.

  • I use a HIPPA compliant platform for the video call (a link will be provided prior to your session).

If it would be a source of comfort you’re welcome to have your pet join us, incorporate sensory elements (i.e. favorite blanket, tea, candle), and/or use fidgets or engage in creativity.
